SFSCA RAS and the All-Russian Research Institute of Biological Industry will carry out fundamental and applied research to develop technologies for the production of biopreparations for veterinary medicine, animal husbandry and crop production.
The cooperation agreement signed between SFSCA RAS and All-Russian Research and Technological Institute of Biological Industry envisages joint scientific research, establishment of joint laboratories, scaling up of technological processes (from laboratory to industrial development) using modern technological equipment for cultivation of microorganisms, production of nutrient media, freeze-drying of preparations, technological control, schemes and methods of application of biopreparations.
“All-Russian Research and Technological Institute of Biological Industry has a rich experience in the industrial production of veterinary vaccines, diagnostics and therapeutic serums, therapeutic and preventive biologically active preparations, probiotics, feed additives, enzymes and other biopreparations used in agriculture,” noted Kirill Golokhvast, Director of the SFSCA RAS, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Education.
