Employees of the laboratory of automation of microclonal propagation of the SFSCA RAS were trained in the Tomsk branch of the SFSCA RAS (SibNIISKHiT) on the program of microclonal propagation of plants.
During the business trip, the employees g ot acquainted with the organization of the work of the culture laboratory of SibNIISKHiT, equipment, preparation of the nutrient media, PCR analysis for viral load of plants, as well as studied the methods of sterilization of explants. The staff also familiarized themselves with the technology of potato cultivation on aeroponic plants. As a result of the trip the necessary skills and materials for further experiments were obtained.
