The Novosibirsk Region and the Republic of Belarus have established cooperation in megascience projects, machine-tool construction and agro-biotechnologies.
The delegation of the Novosibirsk Region, which is working in the Republic of Belarus from 9 to 12 October, included the representatives of the Ministry of Science and Innovation Policy of the Novosibirsk Region, scientific organizations, innovative business and the Institute for the Development of Technological Entrepreneurship.
The members of the delegation discussed the projects of practical importance for the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Belarus and the Novosibirsk Region with their Belarusian colleagues. During the visit, a roadmap for scientific and technical cooperation between the scientific organizations of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus was signed.
SFSCA RAS scientists directly participated in the development of the roadmap for scientific and technical cooperation. Since 2020, the Center has maintained close ties with its colleagues from Belarus on the issues of prospective cooperation.
After negotiations of the SFSCA RAS with the state enterprises "Institute of System Research in the Agroindustrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" and the RUE " Scientific and Practical Centre of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agriculture Mechanization", in the framework of the joint activities for the development of the projects in promising areas, the scientists of the Center proposed to develop a strategy of cooperation in the following areas:
1. Development of agricultural counseling system based on modern digital solutions.
2. Development of mechanisms for the development of cooperative-integrative interaction between the subjects of agro-industrial complex of Belarus and the Siberian Federal District of Russia in the context of formation of joint productions and common agro-industrial market and ensuring food security of the Union State.
3. Development of the methods and algorithms for improving the serviceability and reliability of the machine and tractor fleet.
4. Development of the foundations and methods of interaction of different types of working bodies for minimum tillage.
These directions are reflected in the "Roadmap" of scientific and technological cooperation between the National Academy of Belarus and the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences for 2023-2025 in the promising areas. In the future they will have a positive socio-economic effect which will contribute to solving a number of current problems of the agro-industrial production and agro-food market of the Siberian Federal District of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
