SOCIAL ASPECT OF AGRICULTURE SUSTAINABILITY IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF AGRICULTURAL NATURE MANAGEMENT
The work by Kirill Maksimovich and Alexander Lisitsyn, scientists from the SFSCA RAS, published in the International Scientific Agricultural Journal, addresses the impact of sustainable agriculture on the social sphere of rural areas. They examine general issues of economic, environmental, and social sustainability in the context of agricultural activity, as well as their manifestations in the realities of modern Russia. They substantiate the potential of considering adaptive landscape farming systems as a promising approach to harmonizing the economic, environmental, and social components of sustainable rural development. They identify their key advantages, as well as the challenges of implementation in modern conditions. Recommendations are provided for accelerating the development of adaptive landscape farming systems at the regional level.
