The grand opening of TECHNOPROM 2022 took place on August 23
The 9th Forum was traditionally opened by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Valery Falkov, the authorized representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev and the Governor of Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov.
In just one day, more than 10,000 people attended 40 events - from exhibitions of precision equipment to a film festival.
Forty events were held in 16 halls in just one day. Forum participants signed 30 agreements.
More than 22 stands and more than 70 projects, developments and development institutes were presented at the exposition. They will continue their work during all days of the forum, which has rightfully acquired the format of the Russian Science and Technology Week.
"Thanks to the effective work of the Ministry of Education and, of course, above all the governor and the authorities, we see that the forum is progressing at a serious pace. If last year there were 3 thousand participants, this year there are 11. This shows that the high attention paid by the country's leadership to the development of science and the achievement of technological sovereignty is going in the right direction".
Representatives of 20 countries attended the first day of the forum. Among them are the representatives of Vietnam, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, Egypt, China, Turkiye, UAE and others. The foreign guests have a rich program to get acquainted with the innovative companies of the region.
Special feature of this year's forum is a large number of satellite events, which allows to organize communication between representatives of different areas of work. During 4 days the participants of the forum will make a journey from the tasks of solving production systems restoration to the selection and proposal to implement modern developments and technologies in the real sector of the economy.
