The Mongolian Academy of Agrarian Sciences (MAAS), the Mongolian State Agrarian University and the Siberian Federal Scientific Centre of Agro-BioTechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences held the XXVI International Scientific and Practical Forum "Agrarian Science for Agroindustry Development of Eurasia". This year the forum was dedicated to the memory of the academician Badarch Byambaa, President of the MAAS, foreign member of the RAS, People's Teacher of Mongolia, Honored Veterinarian, professor and scientist, who made a great contribution to the development and establishment of agrarian science in Mongolia and fruitful cooperation with Russia.
The International Forum was held from October 6 to 7, 2023 in Ulan Batar (Mongolia), with the participation of more than 250 representatives, including managers and leading scientists from 50 agricultural research institutions in eight countries.
The event is of great importance for the participating countries, as the level of development of agricultural science and the agricultural sector as a whole is one of the determinants of sustainable development and economy of the Euro-Asian region. The peculiarity of this forum is its geographical coverage, including scientific organizations and territories up to the continents of Europe and Asia.
